Vincent Ho Cheng Juah is the Executive Chairman of Portman Institute of Technology, a private education institution in Singapore. He held the position since March, 2010.

Vincent joined the education industry with more than 30 years of Senior Management experience gained through employment with American Multi-National companies in the Asia Pacific region. He was the Vice President & General Manager for Asia Pacific, of Descartes Systems Inc. and Apropos Technology, Inc. In 1986, Vincent was appointed as Regional Sales Manager (Asia) for Dun and Bradstreet Software, Inc., a subsidiary of Dun and Bradstreet Inc. His responsibility grew rapidly within the company and he became their Managing Director for Asia in 1998. He left Dun and Bradstreet Software, Inc. in 1999 to take up other Senior Management roles within the industry in Asia Pacific. Since then, Vincent has built a strong business network in the Asia Pacific region.

Vincent is active in both social and community services. He is the founding President of the Singapore Chapter of Arcadia University MBA Alumni in Singapore. He recently took on the position of Vice President in the Association of Private Schools and Colleges (APSC) in Singapore. He is a member in the management committee of Nanyang Tong San Association and he is also the Treasurer of the Golf Section of Singapore Cricket Club.

Vincent graduated from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania with a Master Degree in Business Administration.
