Vincent Ho Cheng Juah is the Executive Chairman of Portman Institute of Technology, a private education institution in Singapore. He held the position since March, 2010.

Vincent joined the education industry with more than 30 years of Senior Management experience gained through employment with American Multi-National companies in the Asia Pacific region. He was the Vice President & General Manager for Asia Pacific, of Descartes Systems Inc. and Apropos Technology, Inc. Kang Kian Hong is currently with GeoEye Inc as a Pre-Sales Manager (Asia). His works involved in the information services for satellite imagery for both Defense and commerical market. His technical expertise is in Geographical Information System solution and Global Positioning System. His previous empolyment was at Agis Pte Ltd as Chief Engineer for more than 10 years.
